I have a bank acc in Commerzbank, but when I want to link my acc to PayPal,I only got option to connect banks from US or Visa (MasterCard). Any ideas (except taking more cards..)?

If you are living and working in Germany then you have to have a German registered paypal account and not a Serbian one.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

So you can link a local German bank to a German paypal account but not another countries.
